¼ cup fresh cream (malai)

½ tsp ginger-garlic paste

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

½ tsp garam masala

¼ tsp red chili powder

2 tbsp ghee

Step 1: Prepare the Koftas

  • In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes and grated paneer.
  • Add chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder, salt, red chili powder, and cumin powder. Mix well.
