Radish – 1 cup (chopped)
Sweet potato – 1 cup (chopped)
Small eggplants – 2 (cut into four pieces)
Tomatoes – 2–3 (chopped)
Carrots – 1 cup (chopped)
Green peas – ½ cup
Cauliflower – 1 cup (cut into florets)
Whole green chilies – 2–3
Cabbage – 1 cup (chopped)
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Rock salt – to taste
Ghee or oil – 2–3 tbsp
Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and chop them into equal-sized pieces so they cook evenly.
In a small bowl, mix:
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chopped green chilies
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp sugar
Then add:
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder

- Mix everything gently.
- Pour ¼ cup water, cover the pan, and cook on low flame for 15–20 minutes.
- Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
- Final Touch
- When the vegetables are soft and well-cooked, add green peas and chopped coriander.
- Let it cook for 5 more minutes.
