The New Year is all about fresh beginnings, happiness, and celebrations. To make New Year 2026 even more special, starting the day with something sweet is the perfect idea. Homemade chocolate laddoos are not only delicious but also quick and easy to prepare, making them an ideal festive treat to enjoy with family and friends :-
1 cup milk powder
½ cup condensed milk
100 grams dark chocolate
¼ cup ghee
1 tablespoon raw sugar
¼ cup chopped dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt it on low flame or in a microwave until smooth.
Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame. Add condensed milk and milk powder, and mix well.
Once the mixture thickens, add the melted chocolate and stir continuously until well combined.
Add cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits, and cocoa powder. Mix everything evenly.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Grease your hands with ghee and shape small laddoos.
Garnish the laddoos with chopped dry fruits or chocolate sprinkles. Your delicious chocolate laddoos are ready to serve.
